-As a group we will go through the steps of making Swiss meringue buttercream
-Learn how to torte & fill an extra tall 6" round cake.
-Learn how to do the popular semi naked finish, with a smooth top.
-Learn how to make a perfectly flowing chocolate drip & numerous ways of applying it.
-Have the choice of either topping your cake with fresh flowers or a selection of bought confectionery
-Use our delicious, macarons, & gold leaf to add some final touches.
Take home;- your decorated cake suitable for 15 people, a recipie booklet with recipies for our MDC chocolate cake, Swiss meringue buttercream & chocolate drip
Enjoy tea & coffee with a selection of our mini gourmet cupcakes, delicious biscuits & yummy macarons
2 TIERD FONDANT, GANACHE & SUGAR FLOWER CLASS
2 tierd Fondant, Ganache & Sugar Flower class.
This class is packed solid! Run over 2 days, this class goes through sooo much!
Firstly, we spend 3 hours on making beautiful quick, large fantasy peony rose, a large garden style rose, rose bud, leaves & filler flowers
We then go on to torting & filling our 7" round X 5" tall cake with chocolate ganache.
Then we use chocolate ganache to finish our cake for the perfect base, prior to applying fondant.
The next day we will cover our cake in fondant, cover a 5" round dummy in fondant & create those sharp edges!
You will be instructed on how to create an internal support structure & secure both cakes together.
You will then arrange your flowers on you cake & use gold leaf to embellish.
Everything is supplied. Please note, you will be working on 1 cake & 1 dummy to create your 2 tierd cake.

MIRRORED CAKE TOPPER NOT INCLUDED. If you would like to place a cake topper on your finished cake we can arrange to have one on hand. It will be an additional $20 for standard (ie twenty one) or $35 for a customised one (ie a name)
Your beautiful cake is then all boxed up ready to take home.

Create these 6 beautiful cupcakes. Learn how to make a chocolate ganache, then apply this to your cupcakes for the perfect foundation.

BASIC BUTTERCREAM/RUSSIAN PIPING TIPS
This is the perfect class for anyone that would like to make delicious, beautiful cupcakes!
Perfect for beginners, we start by making the perfect buttercream to pipe flowers,
colour the buttercream, learn how to make the traditional cupcake swirl, rose swirl, hydrangea, then use Russian piping tips to pipe beautiful two toned flowers & leaves.
You will get to take home 12 delicious cupcakes, all boxed up in a window box, the perfect gift!
