ALL our cakes are made from scratch, using tried & true recipes which are specifically made to be stacked & covered in fondant. our cakes are very moist, so may be a little more dense than a traditional sponge.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
As Metro Designer Cake by Belinda in an boutique studio, we can only take on a certain amount of orders per week. To secure your date, a NON REFUNDABLE retainer of 50% must be made. On receiving your retainer, your booking will then be confirmed with an invoice. The remaining 50% must be made on collection of your cake or in the event of the cake being delivered, 2 days prior to delivery. Wedding cakes must be paid in full 1 week prior to the wedding. Bookings made with less than 1 weeks notice must be paid for in full prior to commencement of the order.
