Delicious & moist, our cakes are made fresh, from scratch, using quality ingredients,inc Belgian chocolate & real vanilla beans. Each cake is filled with either a chocolate ganache or light Swiss meringue buttercream, then enrobed with a layer of chocolate ganache to give the perfect foundation for a thin layer of fondant to seal in your cakes freshness.
Please note - our cupcakes will not be filled with buttercream or chocolate ganache, only topped with a swirl.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
As Metro Designer Cake by Belinda in an boutique studio, we can only take on a certain amount of orders per week. To secure your date, a NON REFUNDABLE retainer of 50% must be made. On receiving your retainer, your booking will then be confirmed with an invoice. The remaining 50% must be made on collection of your cake or in the event of the cake being delivered, 2 days prior to delivery. Wedding orders must be paid in full 1 week prior to the wedding. Bookings made with less than 1 weeks notice must be paid for in full prior to commencement of the order.
