2 TIERD FONDANT, GANACHE & SUGAR FLOWER CLASS
2 tierd Fondant, Ganache & Sugar Flower class.
This class is packed solid! Run over 2 days, this class goes through sooo much!
Firstly, we spend 3 hours on making beautiful quick, large fantasy peony rose, a large garden style rose, rose bud, leaves & filler flowers
We then go on to torting & filling our 7" round X 5" tall cake with chocolate ganache.
Then we use chocolate ganache to finish our cake for the perfect base, prior to applying fondant.
The next day we will cover our cake in fondant, cover a 5" round dummy in fondant & create those sharp edges!
You will be instructed on how to create an internal support structure & secure both cakes together.
You will then arrange your flowers on you cake & use gold leaf to embellish.
Everything is supplied. Please note, you will be working on 1 cake & 1 dummy to create your 2 tierd cake.
